How to Find Great Accommodation in Palma de Mallorca: A Personal Take

I loved my autumn visit to Palma de Mallorca
I loved my autumn visit to Palma de Mallorca

On my recent visit to Palma de Mallorca, I quickly realized how challenging it can be to find good accommodation. The city is quite large, so I made it a priority to locate myself centrally. I considered a few areas, including the city center, Ciutat Vella, and El Terreno.

Hotel Feliz - Views from my window
Hotel Feliz – Views from my window

Ultimately, I chose to stay in the El Terreno area. It’s a charming neighborhood close to Bellver Park, offering a lovely escape from the city bustle. I stayed at the four-star Hotel Feliz, located on Avinguda de Joan Miró. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Palma Bay, stylish rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi, and a small restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

While El Terreno was a great choice, next time I would stay in Ciutat Vella. It’s within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants, making it even more convenient. The area has a vibrant atmosphere and is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the action. But El Terreno was a fantastic experience and gave me a unique perspective on the city.
